Early Life and Education
William Duškin was born into a Jewish family in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, to William (a doctor) and Rahel Stravilian Duškin.
Samuel Dushkin, violinist, was born in the Polish town of Suwalki in December and moved to North America in He studied with Leopold Auer in New York.
