          Vanina was born in La Plata, Argentina in August 18, 1965 and grew up in the iconic Tango barrio of Villa Urquiza.

          She loved dancing from a very early age and started lessons with the National School of Dance when she was eight years old.

          Gustavo Naveira and Olga Naveira were the first teachers to inspire her to take up tango.
